Administration

Our Administration professionals are responsible for the budget planning and analysis, procurement, invoice processing, revenue recovery, project costing, personnel management, inventory and asset management and customer service needs of Facilities Management.


Custodial Services

Custodial Services Division (CSD) is composed highly skilled team members who are committed to providing professional and comprehensive custodial services to all customers. The primary goal of Custodial Services is to provide a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for county employees and partner agencies, customers, visitors, and the public.


Energy

Energy Management promotes renewable clean energy use of water, natural gas, and power resources by Riverside County through the use of technology, innovations, and renewable energy systems.


Maintenance Services

Maintenance Services Division (MSD) maintains county building infrastructure in excess of 7.5 million square feet. MSD professionals perform over 42,000 corrective, preventive, and predictive and regulatory compliance maintenance activities annually in 311 diverse buildings spanning 7,200 square miles.


Parking Services

The Parking Services Division is responsible for the operation and patrol of county-owned and leased parking structures and surface lots. The division also provides enforcement activities through the issue of citations for violations of county parking ordinances.


Project Management Office

The PMO team consists of administration, project management, environmental compliance, and construction inspection staff to manage all project phases from inception to completion in accordance with the committed scope, schedule, and budget and in compliance with all applicable laws and statutes.


Real Estate Division

Operating within the Department of Facilities Management as a County Internal Service Fund, the Real Estate Division delivers a wide variety of full-service public/private real estate transactions for the county and its clients.


Community Centers

Facilities Management (FM) manages several County owned facilities and amenities that benefit the residents, businesses and the communities that we serve. Community Centers, water parks and parks under FM oversight include:
