The Custodial Services Division (CSD) is made up of a dedicated team of professionals committed to providing high-quality custodial services that ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all county employees, partner agencies, visitors, and the public. Our goal is to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, fostering a welcoming and healthy atmosphere across all county facilities.

CSD provides custodial services to over 37 customer departments, tailoring services to meet the unique needs of each department. To ensure transparency and accountability, we prepare service level agreements (SLAs) for each department, outlining custodial service commitments, cost projections, and performance expectations.

Our team performs quality inspections of routine custodial tasks and special projects, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of excellence and customer satisfaction. In addition, we continually enhance service levels by:

• Increasing staffing levels for utility crews to handle special requests, including deep cleaning of carpets, floors, exterior windows, and high dusting.
• Providing consistent custodial services that adapt to the evolving needs of the county and its departments.
