The Maintenance Services Division (MSD) is dedicated to ensuring the reliable operation of county building infrastructure across an impressive 7.7 million square feet of facilities. Our team of highly skilled professionals handles over 42,000 maintenance activities annually, including corrective, preventive, predictive, and regulatory compliance tasks across 338 buildings spanning 7,200 square miles.

MSD’s commitment to maintaining the county's infrastructure is rooted in our capacity to handle both scheduled and emergency maintenance requests. With almost 6,000 emergency maintenance requests each year, we’ve developed a rapid-response strategy featuring on-call support personnel and a specialized Mobile Facility Emergency Response Team.  The Maintenance Services Division is equipped to handle mission-critical situations at any time.
