About Community Centers

Facilities Management (FM) plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by overseeing a diverse range of community assets and recreational spaces. FM manages nine Community Centers that offer a variety of services to the public, including recreational activities, educational programs, fitness facilities, and social gathering spaces. These centers are designed to serve residents of all ages, providing accessible spaces for enrichment, fitness, and social interaction.

In addition to the Community Centers, FM manages Perret Park and has direct oversight of:

  • Big League Dreams in Perris and Jurupa Valley
  • DropZone Waterpark in Perris and The Cove Waterpark in Jurupa Valley
  • Lakeland Village Sports Park
  • Riverside County Fairgrounds in Indio

Our team collaborates with trusted operators who not only maintain these facilities but also host a wide range of events throughout the year, bringing the community together and creating memorable experiences for all. From local festivals to sporting events, these facilities serve as vital gathering places for residents to connect, learn, and play.
